HOME RENOVATION
Home renovation and building work
Whole house refurbishments and bigger projects, planned properly and run by one team.
The hard part is the order things happen in
On a big renovation, the work itself is rarely what goes wrong.
What goes wrong is sequencing. The plasterer arriving before first fix is done, the flooring going down before the units land, three weeks lost because nobody booked the electrician.
That coordination is the job we take off you. We plan the whole programme up front, book the trades in the right order, and keep one person accountable for the schedule from start to finish. You get one number to ring rather than six.
Trades under one roof
If your project needs several trades in the right order, that scheduling is the job, and it is the part we handle for you.

Questions we get asked
Can I stay in the house while you work?
Usually yes, if we phase it. We will be honest at survey stage about which weeks will be genuinely disruptive, particularly if the kitchen or only bathroom is out of action, so you can plan.
Do you handle building control and structural sign off?
Where work needs building control notification or a structural engineer calculations, removing a load bearing wall for instance, we will tell you at quote stage what is required and help arrange it. We will not take on structural work without the right approvals in place.
How do payments work on a bigger job?
Larger projects are staged against milestones set out in the quote, so you are paying for work as it completes rather than everything up front. The stages are agreed in writing before we start.
What if we change our mind partway through?
It happens on most renovations. We will price the change and tell you what it does to the schedule before doing it, so there is never a surprise on the final invoice.
Do you take on small jobs too?
Yes. Not everything needs to be a whole house. A single room, some joinery or a bit of plastering and decorating is fine. Just tell us what you need.
