The work our TikTok is known for, and the quickest way to completely change a living room.
One wall, and the room is different
A media wall does three things at once.
It hides every cable, it mounts the TV flush into the wall instead of hanging off it, and it gives the room a focal point that is not a black rectangle.
Most are built as a stud framework fixed to the existing wall, plastered and finished, with a recess sized to your exact television. From there you can add an inset electric fire, slatted or fluted panelling, floating shelves, and LED lighting that washes down the surface.
It is one of the fastest jobs we do, often finished inside a week, and it is the one customers send us photos of afterwards.

Questions we get asked
How long does a media wall take?
Typically three to seven days depending on size and finish. Plastering and painting need drying time, so a fully plastered wall takes longer than a panelled one.
How much room does it take off the floor?
Usually between 10cm and 20cm off the depth of the room, depending on whether you want a recessed fire and how deep the equipment storage needs to be. We will mark it out on the floor at the design visit so you can see it before committing.
Can you build one on a chimney breast?
Yes, and it is a common request. Either building out either side to square the wall off, or working with the chimney breast as the centre feature. Both look good, it depends on the room proportions.
Do I need to buy the TV and fire first?
You need to have decided on them, because the recesses are cut to those exact dimensions. You do not need them on site on day one, but we do need the model numbers before the framework goes up.
