If you fill in our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode where given, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message box. If you call or email us instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation. We do not collect payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange a design visit, and prepare and discuss a quote. If you become a customer we keep your details to carry out the work and for our own business records. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it.
